Hiya Alyson,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited that you are here and that I get to play a small part in helping you plan a visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Planning trips to the Most Magical Place on Earth is one of my most favorite things to do.
Planning a trip for a party of 14 sounds like a fun challenge, and I can definitely understand why you are looking for a little magical assistance. It sounds to me that you may have worked with a Disney Authorized Vacation Planner in the past, so if that is what you are most comfortable with, then you can leverage them again. These folks are amazing and have been trained by Disney to provide the best Disney travel experience. A quick search online will lead you to a list of qualified individuals that you can choose from.
Even with a Disney Authorized Vacation Planner, I find it is super helpful to think through these three questions when planning a Walt Disney World Vacation.
1. What is your budget for the trip?
2. How many days do you want to spend at Walt Disney World?
3. When do you want to visit?
With these questions answered, you can give your Vacation Planner a great foundation to start from. Additionally, should you decide to do some of the planning yourself, it will also prepare you to begin your planning journey by finding the right
Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel,
Enchanting Extras, and
dining reservations. If I can recommend one additional thing, look into
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Packages (which combines a stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel with Theme Park tickets). A Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package has some incredible perks, including more times in the Theme Parks and other
Magical Extras.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please reach back out Alyson.
Have the most Magical day, and Happy Planning!
Ashley F.
