Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lindsay!
I just got back from a quick trip enjoying
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and it was truly amazing!
'Ohana is an incredibly popular restaurant for both its character breakfast and its Hawaiian-style dinner. That means, however, that reservations for it generally book up very early since dining reservations can be made 180 days in advance. I'm not sure of your party size, but I searched availability at 'Ohana on those dates and was unable to find availability, just like you. Keep in mind that folks do occasionally cancel dining reservations, so I recommend booking a different dining option that you are interested in now and continuing to search for reservations at 'Ohana to see if anything opens up. You can always try one of the other dining options at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, instead. We really enjoyed breakfast at
Kona Cafe and the Tonga Toast was really yummy (and huge)! You could also choose to see
Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show to experience a luau during your dinner.
Be sure to search for availability over the entire meal setting (i.e., "Breakfast" or Dinner") rather than specific meal times so you can get the best idea of restaurant availability. You will find these options located at the top of the list of the Times when you are entering your search criteria. Finally, you can always give the dining Cast Members a call at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 as they can help you find dining experiences that best suit what you are looking for.
Let us know if you have any other questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
