    Hello! We have a trip planned for September and a reservation at a value resort, but it doesn't look like that resort is even scheduled to reopen at this point. Will we be re-routed to another resort if we choose to come?

    As Aladdin helped Jasmine see a Whole New World, we are here to help you navigate this new normal and a return to the Magic.

    Jordan, you bring up a great question about a booked reservation at a Disney Resort Hotel that doesn't yet have a published reopening date.  I had a stay booked at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort this fall and when I noticed that resort may not be available, I called in and spoke with a Cast Member at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. I would encourage you to do the same by calling (407)939-1936. He was able to check availability and move my reservation to a resort that will be open. 

    Jordan, if you decide the time is right in September for you to travel to the Walt Disney World Resort, make sure to read all about the new enhanced health and safety measures you'll see when you arrive. Whether you visit Mickey Mouse in September or postpone until later, whenever you do make your next visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, I hope that is truly a trip full of memorable moments.
