we have a trip planned for 02/13. room is booked and i know the cancellation policy. i was told packages were not available yet. i will be getting tix and dining. if our trip has to be canceled for any reason, what happens to the cost of dining and tix

    Hi Christopher,

Currently you have a room only reservation which requires 7 days notice prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit (one night's room rate plus tax). Final  payment is due at check-in.

If you add the Disney Dining Plan and/or Magic Your Way tickets to your current reservation, it will be converted to a WDW package and you will be subject to the terms and conditions of a package.

A package requires a deposit of $200 per reservation. If you have paid more than this for your room-only deposit, then you will not need to put anything further down when you convert to a package.

Final  payment for the entire package is due at least 45 days prior to arrival. There is a $200 cancellation fee that is held if the package is cancelled 44 days or less prior to check-in.

Note that these terms are subject to change.

For parties that may have concerns about cancellation, it might be best to keep the room only reservation, purchase your tickets separately, and then pay out-of-pocket for meals.

Package prices are usually released by early August at the latest!
