We have a trip planned to FL with one day available to spend at Disney World. If we purchase tickets this week, will we be able to get park pass reservations for next week? I wouldn't want to purchase tickets if we couldn't visit Magic Kingdom.

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Katy!

Welcome to planDisney, we’re so glad you stopped by for a visit. Let’s see if we can make your quick trip to Walt Disney World Resort, a Magical one.

You will be happy to hEAR that you are able to check the availability for specific dates and parks, prior to purchasing your ticket(s). I recommend opening up the availability calendar, to see if the date you would be visiting, has availability to make a park reservation. If so, then you’re good to go. I suggest making your reservations for Magic Kingdom Park, as soon as you purchase your tickets. You will be able to do so by using the Disney Park Pass system. In just a quick few steps, you will be all set!

After purchasing your ticket(s) you will need to link your ticket(s) to your My Disney Experience account. Next, you will create your party by selecting which Family & Friends will be joining you during this visit (Tip: Make sure to have the members, you are traveling with, already listed on your Family & Friends list before purchasing your tickets). Once you have selected your party, you will then be able to select the theme park you are planing on visiting and the date you are wanting to visit. Lastly, you will review all your plans before confirming your reservation. After that, you’re good to go!

Katy, I hope you all get to enjoy a quick visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Just be sure to double check the availability calendar before purchasing your ticket(s)! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with before you arrive.

    See ya real soon!

When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey-shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for and I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical! Learn More About Shantel
