We have a trip planned for October 8 and 9 two parks one park per day with our 11, 9, and 4 year-old is the lightning pass worth it?

Season's Screamings, Cecilia! Welcome to planDisney! You are scaring up some fun with a visit that's just around the corner!

In a word, to answer your question, is Lightning Lane Multi Pass worth it? YES! My family never visits without it. Let's jump right into why!

Lightning Lane Multi Pass helps you get to the magic faster with bookable return times for eligible attractions. There is a separate Lightning Lane queue that lets you bypass the sometimes frightfully long standby lines. To book a return time, you'll use the Disneyland mobile app. You can make a new Lightning Lane selection as soon as you scan into an attraction's Lightning Lane queue, or after two hours have passed, whichever comes first. If your goal is to experience as much as possible during your visit, Lightning Lane Multi Pass is the number one way to make that happen!

While we wait for our next return time, my family likes to hop over to a nearby attraction with a shorter wait, grab a bite to eat, or catch a show. One experience I absolutely recommend is Walt Disney: A Magical Life. Whether this is your first visit to Disneyland or your 100th, learning about Walt's life and dream is something really special. The ending always leaves me feeling Walt's spirit and vision that are woven throughout the parks.

Another reason Lightning Lane Multi Pass is worth it is one that some Guests don't always think about: the included Disney PhotoPass downloads! Family memories last a lifetime, and PhotoPass photographers know exactly where to capture those picture-perfect moments throughout the parks. With PhotoPass included, you can step into the photo instead of standing behind the camera and let the professionals work their magic while you focus on making memories!

Cecilia, there is something stirring in the air for your visit! Halloween Time fun will be everywhere you look! For a fun, family-friendly activity, pick up a scavenger hunt map for Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit and make it a game to see who can spot the most hidden pumpkins while you wait for your next Lightning Lane return time. It's guaranteed to be a gourd time and a perfect way to add extra Halloween fun to your day!

I hope this helps clear the fog around your question and helps you plan for a spooktacular visit to the Spookiest... I mean, Happiest Place on Earth!

If any more questions come back to haunt your planning, please stop by again! We've answered (more than) 999 questions, but there's always room for one more!

Wishing you a spellbinding Disneyland adventure!
