    Hi! We have a trip planned for October of 2022 and already ordered our 50th Anniversary magic bands and they arrived. We decided to sneak in a quick trip next week, December 2021. Can we use those magic bands for this trip? Thanks! Melissa

     Welcome to planDisney, Melissa. I'm super excited to hear you've planned a last-minute trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! A Disney vacation is always magical, but exceptionally so during the holiday season. Yay!

     I love that you ordered 50th anniversary MagicBands for The World's Most Magical Celebration. I've got my eye on the 50th Castle MagicBand for our next stay - your question reminds me that I should order it sooner than later! I'm pleased to tell you that you may wear your new 50th anniversary MagicBands for your upcoming visit. One of the things that I love about MagicBands is that they're interchangeable. You can access all your benefits including linked tickets, touch-to-pay purchases, and other entitlements with any active MagicBands you have linked to your My Disney Experience account. Isn't that cool?

     Speaking of The World's Most Magical Celebration, there's lots of new magic to discover in and out of the theme parks, including two new nighttime spectaculars. Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT are not to be missed!
