    I have a trip planned in November and at that time plan to get DD first haircut but she needs a hair cut right now so I am debating on getting one locally. Would you consider a second hair cut a first hair cut if it were done in the MK for the first time?

    ABSOLUTELY Heather!  November is a long way off and when you do arrive at Walt Disney World she will be ready for that "first" haircut in the Magic Kingdom!  Do not hesitate to make her comfortable for the summer months and in the meantime look forward to planning your day in the Magic Kingdom that will include her first cut there!
