We have our trip planned for November 28th-December 6th. I was courious if it was worth spening the money for Mickeys very merry christmas party...I have a litle boy that its his first time and he is 3???

Brittni I answered a question similar to yours earlier today.  It is hard for me to know if someone needs to spend money for something extra but can only relate from my own experiences.  Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is certainly one of my favorite things to do during the holidays.  The Christmas parade is amazing to see with the favorite being the marching toy soldiers.  The fireworks show is unbelievable and the castle lights are breathtaking!

During the special party you can get cookies and hot cocoa at several locations in the park and most attractions are open.  What is amazing is that the lines are almost non existent or so small that the wait times are minimal.  It is a great way to hit the popular Fantasyland rides without needing a full day for the long lines.

My three year old grandson loves the dance parties that take place in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland as well.  With your son being so small I suggest you head over to the park around 4 as you can enter with your event ticket at that time.  Perhaps get a dining reservation in the park, have dinner, and then get ready to ride and play before the parade and fireworks.  The party will continue until midnight so you can see how long your son will stay awake to enjoy it all!

Christmas is a magical time at Disney!
