I have a trip planned next year, but I have 2 x my Disney experience apps and half of my Prty is on one and the children are on another. How do I unlink from one account and relink to one account?

Welcome to planDisney, Karen! Thank you for stopping by with your question. I am happy to help!

I ran into this exact problem myself a few years ago. A friend of mine was traveling with me and staying with my family at our Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, so I added her to my own My Disney Experience Account to link her to the room reservation. She purchased her own Theme Park Tickets, so she also made an account to link her tickets. I was worried this would cause some problems, but it was such an easy fix! Simply give the Technical Support Cast Members a call. They will need the email addresses that are being used for both accounts. You will answer a few questions to confirm they have the right profiles. Then, let them know which account you would like everyone to be under. Before you can say "bibbidi-bobbidi-boo" the accounts will be merged together under your preferred account. Even the IT department at Walt Disney World Resort is magical!

    Have a magical day, Karen!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
