We have a trip planned for May 2012 w/ 6 & 1 year old daughters. We have the option to stay 7 or 8 days. How much time should we plan for each park? Want to see as much as possible at a slower pace!

    Hi Elizabeth,

Thanks for writing.  With seven or eight days at Walt Disney World, you will be able to see and experience many of the key attractions and entertainment options the four main theme parks have to offer at a very manageable pace.  With young children, Magic Kingdom is sure to be a family favorite.  I would allocate two days to this park, two days to Epcot and one day each for Disney's Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.  This will allow you one or two "bonus" days to return to a favorite park (my guess, Magic Kingdom!), explore Downtown Disney, one of the water parks or simply relax and enjoy your resort!  You might also consider reserving a character meal at one of Disney's fantastic dining venues. Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Fare and Crystal Palace are some of my family's favorites.

    Have a wonderful trip!
