I have a trip planned for May, where do I look to see my upcoming trips?

    Hi there, Linda!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your vacation planning questions. We're always here and ready to help make the most of your time at the Most Magical Place on Earth! In fact, May is such a beautiful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. You'll arrive during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, where the beauty of nature surrounds you all around the park. From breathtaking floral arrangements to larger-than-life topiaries modeled after the most beloved Disney characters, this is one stop you won't want to skip during your vacation!

I'd be happy to help you locate your upcoming trip. Using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you'll want to start by clicking the menu button in the bottom right corner. From there, you can go a few different ways. If you click "Future Plans," you'll be able to see all of your planning for any future stays, including the trip in May! You should see your park pass reservations, dining reservations and Disney Resort Hotel information right at your fingertips. If you're looking to specifically access your Disney Resort Hotel, you can click that menu button again, but this time select "Resort Hotel." This area of the app houses all of your accommodation information, including your room number, room type, Guests, hotel map and more. You can even check in ahead of time right from this screen.

Linda, if for some reason you are unable to see your resort hotel or ticket information within the My Disney Experience app, you'll want to make sure that you've linked the reservation to your account. After following the link, click "Select" within the box labeled "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package." You'll input your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation and Ka-Chow, you'll be linked! You can repeat this process with the box labeled "Tickets" if you purchased admission tickets separate from your room reservation. When you finish linking, head back to your My Disney Experience App to locate all the plans for your upcoming stay!

I hope I've helped answer your question today, Linda! Sometimes technology can be a bit tricky, just ask our good friend, R2D2! Once you find that reservation, you'll be able to continue on with the planning process and prepare for your stay at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
