    Hi! My trip is planned for May 24. I've already purchased a vacation package and linked them to my account. I'd like to buy the memory maker, but I see it at full price and not as "advanced purchase". What am I doing wrong?

Memory Maker will allow you to capture and cherish all of your group's special vacation memories throughout your visit with unlimited digital downloads of your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty adding Memory Maker to your reservation using the Walt Disney World Resort website. Camilla, in this case, you'll want to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line to add Memory Maker to your existing booking. Your Memory Maker entitlement window corresponds to your theme park ticket entitlements, so you'll have access to photos from every day you spend in the theme parks!

    Camilla, once you arrive onsite at The Most Magical Place on Earth, consider purchasing a Disney band or downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app to add a Disney MagicMobile pass to your digital wallet.
