Hi Nick!
Welcome to planDisney!
I am very happy to see that you are planning a trip for July next year. I cannot wait to return to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
You may start making your dining reservations 60 days in advance of your arrival date. You can make your reservations
online or by using your My Disney Experience account from 6.00am ET - I recommend you start trying a few minutes earlier than this. As restaurants are operating on limited capacity, some dining locations become fully booked very quickly. If you are having trouble securing your favourite places, please keep trying. Cancellations do occur and you could be successful nearer to the date - Guests may cancel dining reservations once they have arrived on vacation, so it's possible to secure reservations even up to the day before. Disney Resort hotel guests may make reservations for the arrival date, plus 10 days, all at once.
Park opening hours are currently showing on the
calendar for January and February 2021 (as of mid-December 2020) so start checking for July's park hours towards mid-April. As you know,
Disney Park Passes are required in addition to your park admission tickets. Even though you do not know the park hours yet, I would encourage you to make some Disney Park Pass reservations at your earliest opportunity as these are limited. You can change your park pass choices at a later date if you wish to (subject to availability) but I would ensure you have some park passes secured for now.
We may need a little more considered and careful planning during this evolving situation, but our vacations to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience. Please read this information about
Returning to a World of Magic, and
Dining: Know Before You Go, and keep your eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official updates as they are announced.
Please come back and ask as many questions as you like! We are always happy to help you plan your vacation.
Sue
