Hello Theresa,
Thanks so much for stopping in to see us here at planDisney. I hope you're enjoying lots of Disney magic in your day today!
It sounds like two of your Guests could not join you for your Walt Disney World Resort trip in October. In this case, if the tickets remain linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to take a look to see how the tickets are assigned.
When you sign in to your
My Disney Experience account online, you can use the
"My Plans" features to view your theme park plans and them park tickets. (The page should show a page heading of "Theresa's Plans and Tickets" or something similar depending on how you set up your account profile name.) In the section named "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," you should see a tab labeled "Daily Itinerary" and a tab labeled "Tickets & Memory Maker." In the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab, you should see the tickets linked to your account, and the Guests to whom those tickets are assigned.
If you'd like, you can use the
"Reassign Ticket" feature to reassign unused theme park tickets to another Guest in your
Family & Friends list.
Theresa, I hope this information helps with your question, and if you find you'd like some additional assistance with your theme park ticket assignments, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort ticket services team at (407)-934-7639. You can also use the
online chat service to connect with a Cast Member who can provide some additional assistance for you.
Here's wishing you a fun and wonderful visit on your next trip to the Walt Disney World Resort, Theresa!
Jerry
