Have a trip planned through DVC membership in Nov. There are 8 of us in a 2 bedroom villa @ Bay Lake. I have family members staying with their in-laws during this time that will join us each day. Can I purchase a dining plan for the 2 of them as well?

    Hi Angela,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  A two-bedroom villa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort will be such a great place for you to stay!  The resort is absolutely beautiful, and being able to walk to Magic Kingdom Park is truly wonderful.

When you purchase the Disney Dining Plan, you can purchase for people staying in your accommodation with you.  You will not be able to purchase the Disney Dining Plan for your friends who are staying with their in-laws; however, they can still dine with you.  Just be sure to inform your server at the beginning of your meal who at the table has a Disney Dining Plan and who does not, and they should be able to bill you accordingly.

The easiest way for you to add the Disney Dining Plan to a Disney Vacation Club reservation for those staying with you is to call Member Services at 1-800-800-9800.  The cast members there can help you add the Disney Dining Plan to your reservation.  You must do this at least 48 hours ahead of your check-in.

I hope this information helps, Angela.  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
