Hello! I have a trip planned to 3 of the Disney parks in October with our kids and grandkids. There is some growing concern with the increase in Covid cases and traveling, etc. What is your cancellation policy in regards to this? Thanks.

    Hi Libby!

A multigenerational visit to Walt Disney World! What delightful memories you will create spinning in tea cups, flying with Dumbo, and pummeling down mountains! Be sure to have a PhotoPass photographer snap a family portrait in front of the castle.

Personal health among these covid times is a valid concern. Do know Disney follows protocols and guidelines to help keep us safe and healthy. If you do decide to cancel your vacation, no worries. Vacation packages may be canceled 30 days in advance with no penalty. Room only reservations may be cancelled up to five days before your arrival date.

Theme park tickets are not refundable, but you may apply them to a later trip. If the new dates are at a higher price point, just pay the difference. Be sure to change the dates of your tickets in My Disney Experience and cancel your Disney Park Pass reservations for the parks before your planned arrival date.

I hope this help put you at ease. I wish you and your family a wonderful adventure with Mickey at a future date!
