We have a trip planned for Dec 1-13. Our special needs child is visually impaired. Plan to attend the Candlelight Procession. How can we make sure we can be seated so that she may see. Plan to buy meal package for the procession. Thank you.

You'll want to stop in at Guest Services towards the beginning of your trip, Philip.  The Cast Member there will be happy to assist you in obtaining a Guest Assistance Card for your daughter.  Bring your daughter with you and be prepared to give detailed information as to your daughter's needs.  The Cast Member will in turn give you card that you can present at the entrance of attractions.  You'll most likely be permitted to sit in special sections reserved for those with visual impairments.  In regard to the dinner package for the Candlelight Processional, the section reserved for those guests may or may not have a better seating option for your party.  You can inquire with the Cast Member upon arrival.  Enjoy your trip; the Candlelight Processional is a beautiful show.

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
