You’re correct that the Fuentes del Morro Pool will be undergoing routine maintenance from January 2024 through March 2024. Since Banana Cabana and Sebastian’s Bistro are located so close to the pool, you were smart to wonder if they would also be affected by this maintenance period!
Since the pages for these dining locations don’t mention maintenance closures, I reached to a Cast Member to see if I could get more details. I was told that at the time of writing this answer,
Banana Cabana and
Sebastian’s Bistro were still scheduled to be open during this time. This is subject to change, but you should find any changes posted on
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort page on the Walt Disney World website.
You’ll still have access to
Centertown Market and
Spyglass Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Both locations offer
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering through your
My Disney Experience mobile app if you choose to order ahead to pick up and take back to your Disney Resort hotel room. And if you'd like to spend some time swimming,
