I have a trip planned and can't find the reservations

    Welcome to planDisney Mike!

That is great news that you have a trip to Walt Disney World planned! Let's sprinkle some pixie dust and try to locate your reservation.

Start with checking your My Disney Experience account under "My Plans." If you booked online, your reservations should be listed there.

Next, try your email. A confirmation should have been sent to you. If this is the case, use the confirmation number in the email to LINK your reservation to your My Disney Experience account. If you jotted down a reservation number, use that on the same linking page.

Hopefully by now you have your reservation. If not, call a friendly Cast Member who will research your account and find your confirmation number. If you booked through a travel agent or other third party, contact them directly.

Once everything is linked and showing up on your My Disney Experience, you can go to your account to make changes, see your plans, or add to your reservations.

If you need more assistance, feel free to stop back to your pals here at planDisney!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
