I have a trip planned for 6/14/14, when I called to book our trip with Disney they told me I could make dining reservations 180 days before our trip. I keep seeing on different sites 180 + 10 days. What does this mean? Thanks for the help!!!!!!

Hello, Jennifer!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

If you are a guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, you can begin booking your dining reservations 180 days + 10 days in advance.  So what does this mean?  Once the 180 day mark arrives, you will be allowed to make your dining reservations for your entire stay up to 10 days.  Guests not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort would need to book dining reservations day-by-day.  Since only the 180 day applies to them, they would need to book Monday and call back on Tuesday because the 180 day would come about for that day.  In order to book for Wednesday, they would need to call in on day 180 for that day. I hope you are seeing a very frustrating trend here.  It sounds like you are staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts and will be able to make all your dining reservations for your entire stay in one day.  I hope this cleared up some confusion.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to help our guests by offering great tips and advice.  May your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.  As a matter of fact, I am quite sure your vacation will be filled with many beautiful moments.
