I have a trip planned in August 2019. How many days do I have to cancel my reservation without a penalty

    Hi, there!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Linda. I'm so glad you stopped by!

I certainly hope you don't have to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation this August, but I totally understand that life is sometimes less than magical, requiring plans to be changed. If you have a Disney Resort Hotel Package booked, you may cancel your reservation up to 30-days prior to your arrival with no cancellation penalties (unless airfare is included). If you have a room-only reservation, you can cancel 5 or more days prior to your arrival with no cancellation penalties.

Should you need to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I recommend calling the Reservation Center at (407) 939-1936. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to discuss your cancellation or modification options with you!

I hope this was helpful, Linda. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have!

Hi, there! I'm Ashley, and I have been a fan of all-things-Disney for as long as I can remember. My family and I enjoy sprinkling Disney magic into our everyday lives, but we most love making memories together on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! The unique entertainment, fantastic dining, and incredible attractions completely immerse our family in the magic of Disney storytelling and keep us coming back to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" year after year.  Learn More About Ashley
