Hi Jeanna,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question, we are happy you stopped by. I am glad you are considering a visit to Disneyland Resort now that things are re-opening, there are so many new experiences like the
Avengers Campus for guests to explore and get back to the magic!
Since the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Tickets received an automatic extension of the expiry date to December 16, 2021. If you cannot see the updated expiry date in your Disney Account either on the
Disneyland Mobile App or in My Disneyland on the official
Disneyland Resort website, try to re-link your Theme Park Tickets and then make your
Theme Park Reservations. If that doesn't work you may need to call
Ticket Services and a Cast Member will help get your Theme Park Tickets straightened out.
If by chance you are still unable to use your Theme Park Tickets prior to the extended expiry date you will be able to use the value of the wholly unused Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets when you are ready to visit.
I hope you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth soon, Jeanna. If you have any other questions, please come back and visit us here at
planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
~Stephanie
