Hi, We have a trip planned for April and we haven’t been to Disney in many years. We had purchased non-expiring tickets years ago and we still have a few days left on all of our tickets. How do I get reservations with my paper(card) tickets?

Hi Kathy, and welcome to planDisney!

You will have the best time visiting Walt Disney World Resort in April! Since you arrive after April 4, 2023, the new TRON LightCycle Run will take off at Magic Kingdom Park!

The No Expiration Option was our favorite theme park ticket purchase when it was available. It came in handy those years we knew we would return to Walt Disney World Resort! Good news, your No Expiration theme park tickets with remaining admission days will be honored. To link your tickets using the My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three lines at the bottom right and select “Tickets & Passes.” At the top right, you will find the plus (+) symbol for you to “Link Tickets & Passes and enter the ID Code on the back of your tickets. If days remain, you will see the tickets appear with notice of any remaining days. Once your tickets are linked, you can make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass Reservation System. If you cannot see your remaining days or need help linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, call 407-939-1289 to speak with a cast member.

We will be here if you have additional questions prior to your arrival.

    Have a magical time!
