Hello Edith!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for sending us your question. I'd be happy to help locate your September plans. Let's get started!
You can view your upcoming stay in two places. First, you can use the
My Disney Experience mobile app. If you still need to download it to your mobile device, go ahead and do it now. It's free from the App Store and Google Play Store. When you open the mobile app, tap the Log In button on the home screen. Next, find the three parallel lines at the bottom of the home screen and click them to view the welcome screen. Scroll down until you see a clipboard icon and "Future Plans," and click there. At this point, you should see your upcoming
resort stay, dining reservations, and
theme park reservations (if your ticket type requires them). If your Future Plans section is empty, look for the blue and white horizontal oval button that says "Link to Account." You can type in a confirmation number for a resort reservation or vacation package here. After linking, refresh the My Plans screen, and your itinerary should appear.
You can find your trip on the
Walt Disney World website by hovering over the My Disney Experience heading. Please choose the first option (My Plans) and scroll down to view your Daily Itinerary. Resort and other reservation information will appear here. If not, tap the blue button ( + Add More Plans) and follow the prompts to link your resort reservation or vacation package.
I hope this is helpful, Edith. If you encounter any problems,
call Walt Disney World Reservations, and a friendly Cast Member will assist you. You must be so excited that your adventure is just around the corner! Should you need anything else (restaurant recommendations, suggestions for dishes to try at the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, or strategies for using
Lightning Lane passes), don't hesitate to write back. We want this to be a memorable experience for you and your travel party! Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, and have a magical day!
