    Hi Beatrice,

I can't think of a better place to celebrate "Turkey Day" than at Disney with your family!  If you are planning on spending the bulk of your "park time" at Epcot and Magic Kingdom, I'd recommend one of the resorts on the monorail line.  The Contemporary, Polynesian and Grand Floridian are all Deluxe Resorts with beautiful lobbies, well-themed pools, amazing dining options and many upscale amenities.  While the theming varies in each, the rooms are all very well-appointed, generously sized and absolutely lovely.  Since these properties are all connected by the monorail, it's easy to visit the restaurants in any of them, and greatly expands your "easy-to-get-to" dining options as well.

Having the monorail run right through these properties is a huge perk, and will make getting to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot a snap.  The closest of the three to the Magic Kingdom is the Contemporary Resort.  This resort also offers a walkway to the Magic Kingdom, making the park a short 5-7 minute stroll.  My favorite resort of the three is the Polynesian.  We love the tropical theming and volcano-themed pool.  O'Hana is a great family-style restaurant that offers a super fun character breakfast and wonderful dinner.  The Contemporary is very, well "contemporary" in its theming and the rooms remind me of a New York City super chic apartment.  The California Grille and The Wave are both fabulous dining choices.  The Grand Floridian is Disney's flagship resort and a lovely Victorian property, with amazing landscaping and great dining options.

Whichever you call home for your vacation, have a magical trip!
