Hi Jennifer!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Firstly, I am happy to see that you have a trip planned for Thanksgiving week! I am also very much looking forward to my trip in November, and am confident that
Walt Disney World Resort will still be a wonderful place in which to enjoy our vacation time. The current situation is constantly updating, but for now all existing dining reservations and Disney dining plans including in packages are regrettably being cancelled due to limited capacity. Any cancelled dining reservations will not still be honoured in November, and will need to be re-booked when the reservation system opens up again nearer to the Disney parks re-opening. The 180-day booking window will change to a 60-day booking window to allow guests to make their dining reservations closer to their arrival date.
I understand that you will need a theme park reservation and a valid park ticket to enter any theme park for a dining reservation, but these theme park reservations will be limited and will be subject to availability.
We may need a little more considered and careful planning, but it can still be a magical experience. Please read this
Disney Parks Blog reservations update for more information, and keep your eye on any new posts from the
Disney Parks Blog as more official details are announced.
We know you have many questions about what this all means for your upcoming visit. Please know we’re working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share. Come back and ask as many questions as you like! We are always happy to help you plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
