We have a trip plan and are curious upon check out, if we can leave our luggage with the resort hotel, utilize the bus service to visit Disney Springs for a couple of hours to then return, grab our luggage and depart from the resort.

Hey there, Eneida, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the planDisney panel with your question.

In my experience, Cast Members have always been available to hold onto our luggage after check out so that we can squeeze out every drop of Disney World fun. The process is actually really simple too! On the morning of your check out, head down to the Disney Resorts Collection hotel lobby and leave your luggage with the Bell Services Cast Member. They will hand you a pick-up ticket, and you’ll head off to experience the rest of your adventure!

Disney Springs is also the perfect way to close out a Disney Vacation! Not only can you grab any last-minute souvenirs before you head home, but you can also grab a great meal to make the plane nap home so much more enjoyable! Give Gideon’s Bakehouse a try! You’re welcome in advance!

I hope this helps, Eneida! Here at the planDisney panel, we would love to continue to offer recommendations as you plan the vacation of your dreams. So please stop back by if you have more questions!
