Hi, Barbara! I'm a major crazy planner too. Just ask my wife. I just checked and the
park hours are now available for your trip. In the event that the park hours weren't available for your trip, here's how I'd go about guesstimating.
I like to have plans laid out when the 180 ADR window opens.
I get a pretty good idea of how the schedule is going to look from two sources. The first is TouringPlans.com, which uses oodles of historical data to forecast which parks should be visited and avoided each day. In fact, the site's Crowd Calendar forecasts an entire year.
The second approach I take is to get more specific. Many non-Disney owned sites host calendars with park hours, and last year's calendars are usually available. While park operating hours and extra magic hours may change, you'll begin to find patterns in which parks have extra magic hours in the mornings and evenings.
Happy planning!
