    Trip for Nov 2010, staying at a Valu Resort. Am I correct that around mid 2009, Disney had an offer for Free Dining but if staying at a Valu Resort, you had to use the Quick Dining? For the Free Basic Din you had to stay at a Moderate or Deluxe?

    Hi, Kathleen,   You are correct - there was a special offer where your Dining Plan was based on your resort type, with Values getting the Quick Service Plan and the Moderates and Deluxe getting the Base Disney Dining Plan.

    Remember though, that special offers are always changing, so this particular offer may not be offered again or may have different terms and conditions.   Keep checking HERE for the latest offers from Walt Disney World.
