I am going on a trip next year with a big group. Should one person book all the rooms or would it be easier to have one person from each room book that room and then link the reservations afterwards?

    Howdy Sarah!

Welcome to planDisney!  Your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort will be filled with “Magic Around Every Corner!”  Thank you for sharing your question with us!

When visiting “The Most Magical Place on Earth” with a large party, get ready to “Make Memories to Last a Lifetime!”  I always say, “The more, the merrier” for each of my visits to the Walt Disney World Resort!  I have visited the Walt Disney World Resort with many large parties, and I have always found it easier for everyone to make their own Disney Resort Collection hotel reservations!  If you would be booking ten rooms or more, I recommend calling Disney Parks Group Rates!  A Cast Member in the Disney Parks Group Rates will be able to block off your rooms, and they can make the reservation process easier for everyone!  If you do not need ten Disney Resort Collection hotel rooms, then I recommend one person from each hotel room to make reservations for their room.  Once everyone has their reservations, you can link your party together in the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Since you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with a large party, I know you will want to capture some fantastic photos, and Memory Maker is the best way to do that!  With Memory Maker, no one has to be behind the camera!  You will be able to take pictures with the Disney PhotoPass Photographers and certain attractions throughout the Walt Disney World Resort!  I love Memory Maker because you can capture an unlimited amount of photos at one great price, and everyone can be in the picture!

As you continue to plan your grand adventure to Neverland, check the Disney Parks Blog to stay informed of everything to see and do during your visit!  If you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney!  We look forward to helping you with all your planning questions to make your grand gathering at the Walt Disney World Resort filled with “What Dreams are made of,” Sarah!
