Hi! Our trip is next week and we are planning on using Uber to get between parks/from our resort to the parks. Is there a certain drop off spot for ride share services at each park? Or do we need to tell them a specific spot?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melissa!

I use rideshare all the time in my everyday life, and I've definitely been known to use it as well when I'm on vacation. Walt Disney World Resort has some great complimentary transportation options that will get you wherever you need to go but sometimes it's super early in the morning or late at night and you just want to jump in a car and be on your way, and I'm happy to walk you through exactly how that will work for you.

The best private transportation to use at Walt Disney World Resort is Minnie Van Service. It's powered by the Lyft app and can pick you up and drop you off at any Resort Hotel, Theme Park, or Disney Springs! They have special drop-off and pick-up locations close to the main gates of the Theme Parks, and Minnie Vans are the only ride service that can bypass the Transportation and Ticket Center and drop you off and pick you up right in front of Magic Kingdom Park. The vehicles are driven by friendly Disney Cast Members who can answer all of your questions while they get you to your destination quickly and safely.

If you have a favorite rideshare service you are welcome to use that as well! The Theme Parks and Resort Hotels are also serviced by a lot of the companies you're familiar with. Most of the drivers are familiar with the pick-up and drop-off locations, but Cast Members at the parking gate will give them directions when you arrive. You don't need to worry about putting in a specific address or remembering a drop-off spot because there are plenty of signs and people out there to guide you and your driver. There are specific rideshare drop-off and pick-up locations so remember where you're dropped off in the morning because it will also be where you'll meet your driver when you're ready to leave. There are lots of signs as you exit that will point you in the right direction so you don't need to worry about getting lost!

I hope this answers your questions, Melissa, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
