    Our trip is 2nd-16th June 2012, have a 10yr old daughter, never been before - HELP!!!!!

    Hi Vanessa - I'm not sure how much planning you've done, so I'll suggest the few things you should be doing right now to prepare for your vacation.

    First, if you haven't already done so, I'd recommend that you make dining reservations now.  Many of the popular locations do fill up in advance, so if you have any specific restaurants you want to try, you should book now.

    Second, you should pick up a few guidebooks so that you'll know exactly which attractions are on your must-do list. My favorites for a first vacation are the Passporter and the Complete Idiot's Guide to Walt Disney World. 

    Finally, make a basic plan.  You should have some idea of which parks you want to visit on which days, and what you want to see at each park.
