2nd trip for myself, DH, DS6, DD4, & DD9. Trying to decide between Dlx Dining or Dlx Hotel. Would love to eat at CRT and HDDR without running out of credits or paying out of pocket, and having the all inclusive feel. But would like nicer hotel too. Tha

    Hi Kimberlee!
I would splurge on the Deluxe hotel. I have only used the Dining Plan once and was not blown away by it, so I would rather have an upgrade in accomodations. The dining plan really pays dividends with larger families, but does not always make sense when people want to start going to several character meals as you burn through the credits much more quickly.
I would consider the possibility of a lesser dining plan while paying for CRT and/or HDDR out of pocket and see what the savings is, but I would definitely choose a Deluxe hotel over any dining plan.
I hope that helps and I wish you a magical vacation!! :)
