    Our trip is in less than two weeks! We were wondering if the famous ginger bread house will be up and running in the Grand Floridan?

    Hi Andrew!

          The Ginger Bread House at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is one of my favorite things about the Holidays at Walt Disney World!  The construction of the Ginger Bread House is scheduled to begin on November 7th, 2011 and the official opening is currently scheduled for November 14th, 2011.  Keep in mind that these dates may be subject to change, but it looks like the Ginger Bread House will be open during your Walt Disney World vacation!
