For our trip in June, will we be able to see opening ceremonies at MK and make it to our 9:25am reserv for Cinderella's breakfast? Just realized that we may be able to see opening, have never seen it. Did not plan it that way but think it should work out!

    Hi Rhonda!

Your Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner! My family is currently counting down to a June vacation also ... and we're getting so excited!

You will definitely be able to catch the park opening festivities prior to your reservation without any problem at all! I'd recommend planning to arrive at the park between 8:15/8:30am in order to allow for bag check and park entry, so that you can secure a great viewing location.

The Park Opening begins about 10-15 minutes prior to official rope drop and lasts until about 9:00am, and then you'll be on your way towards Cinderella Castle to check in in plenty of time for your breakfast reservation!

Be sure to check timing for Magic Kingdom that day, keeping in mind that if there are Morning Extra Magic Hours by chance that day, Park Opening will occur at 7:45am rather than 8:45am. I'd hate for you to miss out on this amazing opportunity.

Be sure to have the video camera rolling and get ready to enjoy a GREAT start to your day!

Wishing you a simply Magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation Rhonda!
