    2nd trip in July-missed Fantasmic first time. Booked ADR for Fantasmic pkg at Mama Melrose's & now I learn there's only one line for all guests. Don't see benefit to dining package, esp since we have to eat dinner at 3:45p.m. What are your thoughts?

    Hi Lori,

    I totally understand your concern, but I would advise that you keep your reservation.  Although there is only one line, the designated seating area for guests that purchased the dinner package still exists.  You will walk in the same entrance as everyone else, there is no need to stand in line for an hour prior to the opening.  As long as you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to show time you will still have access to the seating area for the dinner package guests.

    With the reduced schedule for Fantasmic! the standby line is apt to grow quickly, with no guarantee of getting a great seat.  If this is something you really don't want to miss again (or don't like waiting like me), the package really is the best option.
