My trip isn’t until December, where can I request physical tickets?

Hey there, hi there, Yessica! Welcome to planDisney. We are thrilled to see you have brought us a ticket question.

I know you mentioned your trip not being until December, but it will be here before you know it! If you have already purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website or Disneyland app, they should have been delivered as eTickets to your email. If your tickets are part of a vacation package, they will be delivered electronically three days before your arrival. You can link these eTickets to your MyDisney account on the Disneyland website or through the app. Once you have them linked, they will show up in the app for you to scan into the parks. Paper tickets are being phased out and are not typically given out. I recommend reaching out to Ticket Services if you have a specific need for a paper ticket.

A December visit means you'll get to experience the magic of the holidays throughout the resort. I love the festive overlays to some of the attractions. Haunted Mansion Holiday is a must-see! I also love making time for Festival of the Holidays over at California Adventure, and getting to experience different cultures through food and entertainment. I am impatiently waiting for that Foodie Guide!

Yessica, thanks so much for dropping by! We hope you have a magical holiday visit!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
