1st trip 2 DW, 3yr girl 11 yr boy (bday). Arrive 9/25 (late) depart 10/1 (late). Wanna do and see everything - Cirque, RP, TypLag, Parks, Char Din, Firewrks...Any sugg on how to do/see the most in time frame? The planning is overwhelming!

Hi Star! From the dates you mention you will have six days to enjoy Walt Disney World. While that is never enough you can still see a lot and take home a jam packed memory book!

I would check the park calendars and find out which park has Extra Magic Hours on which days.  Taking advantage of those extra hours is beneficial as the crowds tend to be lower and the lines shorter.  If you have Park Hopper tickets you can visit one park during regular hours and then "hop" over to the extra hours park.

You might consider setting aside one day for each park.  Some of the parks won't take the entire day to visit such as Animal Kingdom so you can schedule a character dinner that night. My favorite is Chef Mickey at the Contemporary but there are many other good options.   You can also start your mornings out with a character dining experience and get the park early for that.

On the day you visit Animal Kingdom would also be a good day to head to Downtown Disney for your Cirque Du Soleil show.  This is an amazing experience and impossible to explain what you will see.  Enjoy!

On one of your non park days head to the water parks.  We like to get there at opening to get good chairs and good spots although we are not in them very often.  Spend as much time as you wish and then head back to your resort for rest!  This is another great time to get some good dining reservations.

To see the fireworks in all the parks you simply head to the calendar and then click on each day you will be visiting. The schedule for all the park entertainment will be shown.

Enjoy what you can and don't forget to slow down and relax.  Remember it is a vacation and you can come back for another visit!
