    Hi, Monica!

Congratulations on taking your first trip to Walt Disney World!

There are convenient methods of transportation from each resort to each park; every resort utilizes resort buses, and some offer additional methods of transportation as well.

Considering convenience to parks, looking at both moderate and deluxe hotels, review those Walt Disney World resorts that offer monorail service, water launch service or are walkable to a park. Look at the Deluxe options on Walt Disney World.com's "Accommodations at Walt Disney World Resort" page; you'll see quite a few resorts listed there. Each resort has a "transportation" link on the left side of its page, so you can see which ones have options other than resort bus. I love the convenience of Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian and Disney's Polynesian Resort, all of which offer at least one additional method of getting to a Walt Disney World park.

In the Moderate resorts, Disney's Port Orleans Resort-Riverside and Disney's Port Orleans-French Quarter offer the option of a water launch to Downtown Disney, where there are many fabulous restaurants and great shopping as well.  Also, Disney's Port Orleans-Riverside is opening Royal Guest Rooms, a perfect first resort for little girls! Check out the description and see some pics on the resort's WDW webpage!

Regarding dining in Cinderella Castle?  We prefer breakfast because little ones can dress their best and still look like little angels for their princess photo ops; however, you know your children best. Book a dining experience for when they are usually at their happiest.

Please come back and ask another question, or questions, as you plan your upcoming trip to WDW!
