We have a trip to Disneyland on the 14th and we are to be staying at the Disneyland Hotel and have already paid in full for the package. Two of our group currently have Covid and we are concerned on what to do? Can we cancel just one person?

    Hello, David,

I’m sorry to hear about the members of your party that have not been well. I hope they can recover quickly.

If some members of your party are still unable to accompany the group on your visit to the Disneyland Resort, you may have some options available, depending on the circumstances. For Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages, I recommend reaching out to the Vacation Packages phone line for packages booked directly with the Walt Disney Travel Company or to your other travel provider. The typical terms and conditions for Vacation Packages usually allow for modifications to be made when there are more than 30 days before arrival.

For changes made to a Vacation Package between five and 30 days before arrival, some partial refunds may be possible. It would also be good to ask your travel provider about keeping unused tickets linked to your account to be used for a future visit to the Disneyland Resort. As long as a theme park ticket is wholly unused, you may find that it is valid for use through its expiration date. In some cases, even expired tickets can be upgraded to current tickets if they are wholly unused.

If theme park tickets are purchased separately from a hotel stay, they will automatically remain linked to your account until they are used or expire. You can visit the "My Theme Park Reservations" page to make modifications to existing park reservations by canceling them and booking new reservations for other dates and/or parks.

I’m wishing on a star that things go well for your travel party, David. May you all have a magical time!
