Hi Holly! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! In three short days, you are arriving at
Walt Disney World Resort during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Make your own scavenger hunt looking for the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues at all four theme parks. You can find everyone's favorite warm hug-loving snowman, Olaf, at
EPCOT.
Gawrsh! You may indeed have a situation here that needs immediate attention, but it really depends on which
Magic Kingdom Park tour you have booked. Currently, I see three different tours offered. Let's cover these offerings and different policies.
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour is a five-hour tour about the history of Magic Kingdom park with some backstage access. With this tour, you must secure your own valid
Theme Park Ticket and
Theme Park Reservation prior to your visit. You must cancel within two days of your scheduled tour to avoid penalties.
Disney Private VIP Tours is a customized adventure with VIP access throughout your day. You will have advanced planning and customized experiences with a personal guide to dining and attractions on your special day. You are required to again have a valid Theme Park Ticket and Theme Park Reservations secured prior to the scheduled tour. You must cancel within two days of your tour to avoid an equivalent two-hour charge.
50th Anniversary Tour will transport you from your resort for a magical exploration of Walt Disney World history from
Disney's Contemporary Resort to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. For this tour, you must have secured a valid Theme Park Ticket with
Park Hopper® Option prior to your tour date. Disney Signature Services will secure your Theme Park Reservation for you. Thus, if you have this tour booked, you are ready to go. To avoid a 20% fee, you have 72 hours to make reservation changes or cancellations.
For any questions concerning these matters, please contact the
Tours, Recreation Help Center, or utilize the chat feature online or through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. I suggest calling early or late in the day as wait times have been long.
Thanks for visiting
