This is our 4th trip to a Disney Park in 4 years. 2 to DL and DW in 09. We line up for Jedi Training over and over and no luck. This ends up being really disappointing. Is there something we can to do to help stand out and avoid disappointment in 2010.

Hey Rachel! The word has been put out that Disney World has changed the way that children are picked to take part in the Jedi Training Academy. Before, the kids stood there desperately hoping to be noticed and picked, but now the children line up. This could, of course, change again, but from everything I'm reading on Disney topic boards this is the new and improved way. Once you get to the Park I would find the times that the Academy is going to run that day and then get to the stage very early so that your kids can be near the front of that line! I hate that your family has been disappointed in the past and I sincerely hope that your young Padawan gets a chance to show off some major lightsaber skills on this trip!
