    1st trip to disney. Have 3 children 12, 11, 2. Arriving 11/20-11/25. Week of Thanksgiving! Only time husband can get off. Staying at Poly. Very nervous of crowds! Any suggestions to make this a great trip without going crazy? I am Type A!

    Hi Wendee!

    (from another Type A):  Breathe...relax...it will all be ok!  Yes, there will be crowds.  But you can manage them.  Get there early (if choosing to participate in Extra Magic Hours), map out the attractions/shows you want to see the most (make sure you get the kids involved for this one), have a plan (divide and conquer), make sure all your dining reservations are already made, and be flexible.  Now, I know (being Type A) that you'll be able to do all the things on the list well except the last one....but trust me...you've gotta just go with the flow sometimes, and it'll be ok!  Remember, there are only some things you can control, the rest you've got to roll with.
