Hi Marissa, welcome to planDisney!
Disney dining is one of my favorite parts of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The award for best dining experience during my most recent family vacation goes to
Steakhouse 71 at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The Stack Burger on the lunch menu is the best burger I've ever tasted. It can also be ordered for dinner without substitutions.
Advance reservations for dining can be made
online 60 days in advance. Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel can book for their entire length of stay (up to 10 days) 60 days before check-in. It sounds like you may be eligible for this perk but I also understand you are currently unable to select dates for your entire trip. I know that's frustrating, so let me offer a few suggestions.
1. Make sure your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation is
linked to your My Disney Experience account. Once linked, the reservation will appear on the
Daily Itinerary tab of your My Plans page.
2. Log into your My Disney Experience account before making your reservations. This connects your Disney dining dates to the Disney hotel reservation linked to your account.
If you're still having trouble viewing dates toward the end of your vacation, Marissa, a helpful Cast Member at the
My Disney Experience number has the right kind of pixie dust needed to assist you.
Allow me to give one more shameless plug for the Stack Burger at Steakhouse 71. This restaurant is a 10-minute walk from Magic Kingdom Resort, which makes it a great spot for a mid-day break from the parks.
Plan magic; planDisney.
