Our trip is 46 days away and we just decided to split our stay between Animal Kingdom - Kidani and Villas at the Poly. My question is do we have to move our own luggage/cold storage, or can it be transported somehow through the resorts?

Hi April! Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Split stays so much fun and a great way to experience the magic at Walt Disney World Resort hotels. You've picked two of my all time favorites. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village it’s our home resort and majestic. Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is a tropical paradise! You're going to have the best time.

Yes, don't worry about a thing...one of the benefits to staying at a Disney resort is that the resort will transfer your luggage as you change resorts during your stay - so you won't need to lug your bags! Bell services can help store and transfer your luggage. Let the front desk know about your request when you check-in. You'll be directed to bell services where they will walk you through the process.

Transfers usually take place in the early afternoon. If you have any perishable food items make sure they are packed in a sturdy plastic bag.

Wishing you a magical and memorable Disney vacation!
