Our trip is 40 days away! I booked my vacation through the Disney website: flights tickets, room. I was wondering when I would receive information regarding flights, times, luggage tags etc. so that we can be prepared for our adventure. Thank you!!!

    Hi there Adam,

Isn't it exciting when you reach those milestones when waiting for your magical "take off day" to arrive!?  Let the countdown begin because you'll be all packed up and headed to Disney World before you know it!  In my experience, a welcome packet containing your reservation details, luggage tags, etc. will be sent out about 2-3 weeks prior to your check-in date.  It's easy to get a little apprehensive about this, especially if you're a micro-planner like me, but rest assured it will arrive.  About a week before you leave, you'll also receive an envelope containing your Magical Express luggage tags and bus vouchers if youopted to take advantage of this service!

Since you booked your flights through the Walt Disney Travel Company, you can call them to obtain your flight information ahead of time!  If you're like me, you  like to print the confirmation from the actual airline for your records!  The WD Travel Company should be able to even provide the confirmation number from your airline upon request so you can enter it into said airline's website to obtain information.

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
