    I have a trip coming up may 28th. What happens if I have to cancel due to a medical reason

We are honored you stopped by and consider it a privilege to help answer your question regarding your upcoming trip to Disney World. We are truly sorry to hear about the medical situation affecting your upcoming trip. We know how much this vacation means to you, and we want you to know that your health and well-being are what matter most. Please know we are wishing upon a star that you are able to come and experience the MAGIC of Disney real soon.

    The current cancellation policy states the following:

    * Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to guest arrival, the amount paid will be refunded.

    * Cancellations made two to 29 days before guest arrival, amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of $200.00 per package, will be refunded.

    * Cancellations made one day or less before guest arrival or for no-shows, the full price of the package is non-refundable.

    * No refunds are given for cancellation of any personalized products or experiences.

    All that being said, I highly recommend you call and speak to a Cast Member to explain your situation and see what options they have for you at this time.
