The
current cancellation policy states the following:
* Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to guest arrival, the amount paid will be refunded.
* Cancellations made two to 29 days before guest arrival, amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of $200.00 per package, will be refunded.
* Cancellations made one day or less before guest arrival or for no-shows, the full price of the package is non-refundable.
* No refunds are given for cancellation of any personalized products or experiences.
All that being said, I highly recommend you
call and speak to a Cast Member to explain your situation and see what options they have for you at this time.
