Hello Ana! Welcome to planDisney! I'm thrilled to receive a question from a fellow Canadian, and I'm so excited that you're planning a magical trip to the Walt Disney World Resort soon. I will do my best to help you out today.
As you know, the
Disney Dining Plan is a fantastic way to plan your meals, manage your budget, and simply enjoy your trip, especially when travelling with your family and little ones. It's incredibly convenient, and I like to think of it as a savings account for all the delicious food I'm going to enjoy at the various dining locations across the theme parks and
Disney Resorts Collection hotels.
At this moment, Disney Dining Plans are exclusively available to Guests who book a Disney Vacation Package, which includes both a stay at a Disney Resort hotel and
theme park tickets. Since this applies to you, I suggest linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience account to see if you can add the Dining Plan online. Once everything's connected and your vacation is paid in full,
click "My Plans," scroll down to find your reservation, and then click "Change Reservation." If available, you will see a blue button to add the Disney Dining Plan.
If the button is not there or if you can't see it at all, it means that only your travel agency, in this case, Air Canada Vacations, can make any changes to your reservation, including adding a Disney Dining Plan. You'll need to give them a call. As a last resort, if you can't reach your travel agent, I
recommend calling Disney, and a Cast Member will be able to retrieve all your reservations and assist you.
Ana, I hope this helps, and I genuinely look forward to seeing you around here often with more questions as you prepare for your next great adventure. Please know that
you can always count on us. It's a pleasure to help a friend like you.
Cheers
Nilson
