    Hi, Our trip for California is cancelled due to Omicron virus. I had just recently purchased our tickets and things changed so quickly. How can I get a refund since I do not know when we will be able to go ?

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question about Theme Park Tickets.  I am so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your trip to Disneyland Resort, hopefully you will be back at the "Happiest Place on Earth" sooner rather than later! 

    Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, however, they retain their value even past the expiry date.  Once you are ready to travel again, you will be able to use the value of your unused Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of new a Theme Park Admission, which will also give you something to look forward to when everything settles down again.  If you would like, you could always try calling and speaking with a Cast Member.  While not guaranteed, if you explain your situation they may be able to assist in some way or another.
